I love all of your names with the exception of the spelling of emily... but you know to each his own. Im obssessed with the name Finn lately. Is Campbell a family name or do you just like it?

Campbell on a girl? Not a fan. Not really of the name at all, as it will always always always bring up the Campbell's Soup jingle to mind.

Emalie...It just looks kind of weird spelled that way.

And I like most of your boy names, but I don't see the point of naming them something and calling them by their middle name. Why not just reverse the names? It makes it a lot less confusing and annoying for them in school and stuff, since most things will have their first and last names on them. Aidan Thomas, Finn Robert, and Callum Patrick sound just as good.

Please, never use the spelling Emalie.

I'm not really a fan of any of your combinations. Not my style.

Would Emalie be a French pronounciation, cuz when I read it, that's how I pronounced it. I like the French pronounciation, not the "Americanized" one. I also love Callum.
I don't think Mary Liz would stick since Mary Beth is more common. [At least, I think so. My "surrogate mom"'s name is Mary Elizabeth, and that's what everyone calls her.]

I went to a French school in Elementary school, and I saw both. I'm sure creative spellings aren't limited to English-speakers.

Campbell Grace - Campbell for a girl is awful. Ella doesnt even work very well as a nn.
Emalie Maeve - Why why why this spelling? It's pronounced Emily right? doesnt make it any more unique by spelling it silly..
Mary Elizabeth - My aunt isnamed this, I really dont care for Mary, Mary Liz is ...kind of old and dated. My middle name is Mary Kate. I dont like double names.

Robert Finn- prefer Finn Robert bu it's fine.
Thomas Aidan- don't like Thomas. I know a ridiculous amount of Tom's. So many that they all have to go by their last names.. one of them is called Cockson.. Cock :-/
Patrick Callum - nn Cal I lov Callum, but why not just call him Callum patrick>? I do not get this whole first naem is really the middle name thing.

Campbell Grace - nn Ella - ick, i hate Campbell. It's a SOUP for goodness sake.
Emalie Maeve - Emalie - why the weird spelling? Haven't read the other comments so maybe you already answered this. Emily is lovely.
Mary Elizabeth - Mary Liz - I LOVE Mary!! Mary Liz sounds kinda weird, but I love both Mary and Elizabeth. I don't see how this name fits with Campbell or Emalie at all!

Robert Finn - very nice
Thomas Aidan - cute, not a fan of Aidan though
Patrick Callum - nn Cal - I can't imagine a kid named Patrick telling his teachers at the beginning of every year "I go by Cal, not Patrick" I mean wtf?
