Just wondering what you all thought... :D

My name is Devan and I'm a 14 year old girl. I've seen my name spelled many different ways... (Devon, Devin, Deven, Devyn) And also I've seen boys with my name too. The name Devan is becoming quite common.

So I what do you all think about the name Devan... is it more of a girl o boy's name and what spelling do you like best? thnx so much!!

I have a baby cousin named Devyn who is a girl, but there is a guy that lives on my floor named Devon also. Plus, I went to high school with a girl named Devin. So I would say the name fits both genders equally. :)

Hehe This name is actually the name I want to name my son. I like it spelled as "devyn or devin". I haven't ever meant a girl with this name hehe. But it goes with both! I love it !

Its a girls name and its beuatiful!

But beware! My hard of hearing aunt asked my mom who gave my sister the balloones for her birthday and my mom replies "Devan"

My aunts sat upright and exclaimed "who?! The Devil...?!?!

haha yep. Devan sounds a little like "Devil" but rhymes with "heaven". Always thought that was funny.
