I was just watching My Super Sweet Sixteen on MTV (I know, lame show. I was bored, haha). This episode had three girls - triplets - who were (obviously) having the party together. Their names were Jessica, Ashley, and Candace.

I'm not a fan of the names. I like the name Jessica, but probably a big part of that is that two of my very good friends are both named Jessica, so I'm partial to it. And I would most likely never use it. Candace and Ashley, though... eh, I'm not a fan.

What do you guys think? And what would you name triplets?

Some of the most notorious (and sticking out in my mind) hookers were/are named Ashley and Candace. So yeah... I've decided to never name a child after any known hookers to me. Nothing against THEM, I just don't like the connected memory. o_O Jessica is fine to me. Jessica Rabbit is what I think of. ;)

If I had triplets... I dunno what I'd call them. I'd probably just pick three of my favourite names at the time, cuz they change so freakin often. :)

I'm watching it right now too, lol! I'm not a fan of Candace or Jessica just because of people I know with those names. I do like Ashley though. I do like that they aren't very similar and match-y or rhyme-y. So, I think they are good together, but I would never use them.

Yeah, I did like that they weren't all named something like Hope, Faith, and Charity or all J or A names or something. They definitely could be worse.

I know a girl who's family is like that. Her name is Justine Faith, and everyone calls her Faith. She has siblings and cousins name Hope, Charity, Chastity, Mary, etc. They all have non overly religious first names, but all go by their middle names.

I'm not sure of exact names I'd choose, but I do like the idea of multiples starting with the same letter for some reason, though I don't like it for just regular siblings. But they'd have to be all totally different sounding names that just start with the same letter. In thinking of names I like, I might do something like Ainsley, Arielle, and Adeline for girls and Jackson, Jesiah, and Jordan for boys. But I don't like rhyming names for multiples so no Riley, Kylie and Miley or anything.

Jessica and Candace are nice names that I wouldn't use. I don't much care for Ashley.

My triplets would be some mix of Graden, Liam, Brennan, Victoria, Isabel and Bridget.

Ehh I'm not fond of "old time" popular names like Jessica and Ashley... I know way too many from the late 70's early 80's time frame to care much for them. I have a cousin Candence, who we call Crazy C.. so obviously nothing to much liking there...

I don't know about using two Js and then a W, but those happen to be my top 3 favorite boys names and they go together. My second choice instead of Jack would be Ronan, although it doesn't really go well with the other two names. *shrugs* Doubt I'll ever have triplet boys though.. lol. All the girls' names are Shakespearean.
