These are names I like but would probably not end up using either because of popularity or I just don't *love* them.

Addison nn Addie/Addy (I like this one for the Moonlighting and Grey's Anatomy reference)
Ailidh (AY-lee)
Ailie (eye-lee)
Elisabeth nn Beth
Hadley
Kate/Katelyn/Katherine nn Katy
Magdalena nn Maggie, Maddie, Lena (Again this one would reference Moonlighting with Maddie)
Morgan

Christian
Christopher (I have a cousin named this though)
Collin
Dimitri
Kaiis (Kai-us)
Malachy (Mal-uh-key)
Matthew nn Matty
Micah
Truman
William nn Liam, Willie

I have heard that Malachy and Malachi are different names. The name you are saying is actually Malachi, no?

Right. So not the same prophet who wrote the last book in the OT. :)

I love Addison and the nickname Addie.

My ex-boyfriend's brother is in a band called Hadley named after a local town.. so that's what I associate the name with.
Maybe that is why it seems like more of a masculine name to me than a feminine one.

There is a little baby in our church named Caius Joseph. He is so cute.

Addison is on my list too.

What language is Kaiis from? Finnish? It looks confusing - I think that if you don't have a good reason to spell it that way, use the straightforward Caius.

Most of your girls' names (except Elisabeth and Magdalena) are not my style - for example, that -lee and -lyn stuff is what I think of as "wishy washy names" - just nice sounds put together, but no real substance.

With the exception of Truman, I like your boys' names a lot! Yay.

I like Micah but it's getting too popular.. and it's too close to Michael, my BIL's name (we don't want anything too close to family names unless we WANT to name a child after that person, which isn't the case with him)

Christopher wouldn't have been on my list except that it's my husband's name, so it's our son's middle name.
