Well, my first instinct was kay-ANN-uh, but really, it depends who is using it.

If the people using it speak Spanish primarily, I'm going to try to follow what I understand of Spanish phonetics and say ky-AH-nah

If the people using it speak English primarily, I'm going to assume the first syllable is pronounced to rhyme with bay, day, hay, etc. Then I'm going to have to make a judgement call on whether or not I think they're spelling the rest with one N to show it should be ah-nuh rather than ann-uh. (I think someone who is name-aware would be more likely to do so; whereas your average Jo on the street might not think twice about it.)

What pronunciation were you hoping we'd choose?

i'd think it was kay-ah-nuh.
If it was pronounced ky-ah-nuh i'd spell it Kyana or Kaiana

I don't know why so many people are using KYE as the first syllable. I don't see that at all.
