I've always liked my name, Alysha. It's a different spelling and I think it's really feminine. I love ALL of those up on your list though.

i shorten in to ally for my friends, but professionally, I think I really stand out. there are tons of names that kind of blend in but i think it's kind of unique :)

Jillie. Ha. =) It's a nickname for my real name, which is Hebrew: Gili, pronounced Gee-Lee with a hard G like in the word gun. I love Gili because it's special and very uncommon, obviously, and it means 'my joy'--everyone calls me Jillie, though, which I'm fine with. And it's sort of like Ally--my real name still stands out.

My middle name is Audrey, though, and I always wished it was my first. It's so classy, I think, and I'm definitely going to name a daughter that, I hope.

I want to give my daughter my middle name, which is Suzanne. But I always think of it as kind of "hard/business woman" type. which is weird but who knows why you associate certian things right? :)

I actually love Suzanne. It's strong, but I'd actually associate it with a professor I have, who is the most gentle person ever. Susannah is on my list--I knew a little Ellie Susannah once and fell in love with it.

I love Amelia, Anna and Adeline but Amelia is my all time favourite name.

I love A names too! I have so many more on my list than other letters.. silly because i've always thought having an A name is rather annoying. My friend is called Amy bean making her A. Bean I went to school with a teacher called Andy friend making him A.Friend (even had a mr. Handjob!)

I thought of that! But then there's something so soft and feminine about A names. Amelia and Anna have been my numbers 2 and 3 for years now, and there's only one name on my top five list that doesn't begin with an A--Kate, which is my all time favourite.

Amy is nice too, but I always wonder which spelling I prefer. The name itself is gorgeous but written out it always looks... less. I knew an Amie once and thought that was nice, though.

I picked Amelia but it was really hard. It was basically a three way tie for first between Amelia, Audrey, and Abigail.

I'm not a big fan of Adeline and while Anne and Anna are nice, I prefer slightly longer names.

My daughter's name is Abigael, spelled that way because I am French and that's how we do it.

my name is Adrienne. I like it for me, but if it weren't my name, I'm not sure whether or not I'd like it to use on a daughter.

I do however like Audra for a daughter. I don't like Audrey, though, it sounds too little-girl-y. Audra sounds much more elegant/sophisticated.
