So I was helping my husband put the paychecks of his employees in envelopes and I came across this one name.

Cymantha

I don't know what I think about it yet. Yes it is samantha techinecally but the spelling.....idk.

My cousin's name is Cymantha and she's the only one I've ever met. The story is, her mother was looking in the old family book and saw what she was the name Cymantha written in calligraphy. She like the idea of using a family name and because she wanted to avoid the nickname "Sam" (which invevitably happened anyway) she thought this would be a great alternative to Samantha. Ironically, it later appeared that is was all the fault of too fancy calligraphy and that the family members actual name was Samantha.

This Cymantha wouldn't happen to be 29 and living in NJ would she?
