"Melissa Etheridge and her partner Tammy are the new parents of a son and a daughter, People has learned.
Their son Miller Steven and their daughter Johnnie Rose were born on Tuesday. Both Tammy and babies are in excellent health, according to their rep.
Etheridge already has two children from a previous relationship with Julie Cypher: daughter Bailey Jean, 9, and son Beckett, 7."

Not sure how I feel about Johnnie for a girl, but otherwise I like. WDYT?

That said, the Rose does feminize the name quite a bit and the girl always has the option to opt for either Rose or to have people say the whole name.

As a first name it's also one of the old-fashioned occupation names I don't like, as in Taylor, Thatcher and Sawyer.
I don't like first names for girls that sound like nicknames for boys. I thought Johnnie was a nickname for John or Johnathon anyway,
not a full name even for a boy. Why not give her a fuller more feminine name she can shorten if she wants to?
I suppose Rose balances it a bit though.
Baileys is an alcoholic drink, and I heard of the drink before I heard of the name so I could never use it.
Also Bailey means "bailiff" I'd like something more meaningful and less job related for my future kids.
Beckett also sounds like a last name.

Miller Steven sounds like Miller, Steven - like the last name is first. Like how Steve Miller's name must have been called. It also makes me think of miller moths.
