I think Tristan and Isolde is WAY too much.

I really like Isolde, Emiliana, and Sienna.

And Christoph (I like it better without an e) and Nathaniel.

I like Tristan too, but not as much as Isolde. I would also watch the trend of people naming their daughters Isolde because it seems like it will be more popular in the next few years if that makes any difference to you.

Love the names Anais (one of my fave authors), and Sienna, and Caleb and Nathan.

But yeah, I think a bro & sis with those names might be a bit too precious. lol

Girls;
Anaïs- love love love. Makes a gorgeous middle name.
Ava- love, too popular for a baby right now though
Emiliana- like
Evi- hmm prefer Evie, nn for evelyn.
Isabeau- really dont like. Beau is handsome in french, not a good name for a girl, i like isabelle though.
Isolde- dont like. I just see 'i sold E'
Liv- love, i do prefer it as a nn for Olivia though.
Meike ( dutch name, it pronounced something like Mai-kuh)- pretty. like maker though?
Nicea (doesnt ryme with the word "nice". It's with a short "i")- i would want to spell it differently, it looks like a made up word for better than nicer to me.
Ruby- like
Sage- dont like
Sienna- ehh miller. it's okay though, i tend to like colour names.

Boys;
Alexei- love
Caleb- like
Cas- like, i also like cassius, & cassian. I dont liek cas on a girl though, strange.
Christophe- hate boring
Davide- hate boring
Damian- hate, thugish
Dean- hate, thuggish
Evan- hmm i sort of like. tis a bit nondescript thuogh
Hayden- trendy but not awful
Millau (pronounced in French)- love
Nathaniel / Nathan- dont like either, i like nate.
Noah- like
Rodin (pronounced in French again)- love
Tristan- not massive fan

Regardless of the corny factor, I don't think it's a good idea to name a brother and sister after two lovers.

Tristan and Isolde is weird for a brother and sister.

I really like Isolde and Emiliana for girls. Nicea...I still think of the Creed. Probably because we say it every Sunday during Mass.

I like a lot of your boy's names. French names are awesome. ^^ My favorites on that list are Alexei, Caleb, Noah and Nathaniel. Although, I have to say, my favorite French name is Etienne.

Anaïs: not wild about it.
Ava: too trendy at the moment
Emiliana: it's ok
Evi: I prefer Eve
Isabeau: reminds me of the song "Isabeau s'y promene" which I've never liked
Isolde: I really hate it
Liv: I like Liv a lot
Meike ( dutch name, it pronounced something like Mai-kuh) don't like
Nicea (doesnt ryme with the word "nice". It's with a short "i"): I like this one. It's differnt but not too "out there"
Ruby: I love it
Sage: don't like
Sienna: really don't like

Boys;
Alexei: it's ok
Caleb: I read somewhere that Claeb means "dog" so I don't really like it.
Cas: Cas seems like it's short for something
Christophe: I like this a lot
Davide: In what culture/language does David take an e at the end? just wondering
Damian: too many associations with the film "The Omen"
Dean: I like this one a lot
Evan: I've always loved the name Evan
Hayden: I hate it
Millau (pronounced in French): I am French and have never heard that name.
Nathaniel / Nathan: too common
Noah: ok
Rodin (pronounced in French again): again, never heard that name other than the artist
Tristan: pretty common right now.

I'd make Millau "Milo," honestly. I think more people are going to pronounce it "milh-OW!" than "mee loh," ever. Same thing with Rodin. "Roadin?"

I like Meike, then again, I like a lot of Dutch names.

Yes, Tristan & Isolde is too much.
