Mike and I have been going round and round with boys names. I told him if I could pick the girls name, I would let him pick the boys (as long as I like it too)

Sorry, I don't seem to share your naming style at all. The only one I like is Damien.

Jagger makes me think of jagged, I picture a shipwreck on these really sharp rocks
Clay makes me think your kid is just a sculpture
Gage sounds too much like gauge, and also I just think of mechanical stuff
Jude and Levi are pretty good, just again not really my style.

So obviously, since I apparently don't like names that relate to words.... your middle names are along the same lines.
Gunnar = guns, murder, death
Blade = also murder
Crane = I just think of a big crane at a construction site
Case = suitcase? I just think of a case. It's not a particularly special inanimate object
River = this one is ok but I don't like any names wiht an "iv" sound in them, e.g. Olivia. But naming someone after a River is a lot nicer imo than naming them after something random like a Case

So obviously... my preference is Damien Brett... but I haven't had a chance to look through the family names

LOL, men's name lists are so funny sometimes. It's so transparent what kind of little tough-guy, cool-with-an-edge son he's hoping for!

I like Levi and River.

Jagger is awful. It makes me think of jagermeister for one thing.
