I'm a newbie here! I've had a fascination with names for pretty much forever, and I love thinking up names for my children in the kind-of distant future.
But anyhoo! There are my tops. :D
Boys:
Seamus(still like it. but OOPS semen.)
Holden
Oliver
Thatcher
Briar
Micah
Tobias
Cedric
Sirius/Cyrus
Leon
Klaus
Wolfgang (Wolfgang and Leon for twin boys! I'm OBSESSED with this)
Titus
----------
Girls:
Adelaide
Adelle
Lucia
Chase(it's a personal thing)
Imogen(possible 'e' at the end)
Autumn
Isolde
Scout(mn onlyyyy)
Hermione
Raine(mn only)
Beatrice/Beatrix
Camden
Dahlia
Luca
Pearl
Peyton

I like Imogen, Autumn, and Isolde from the girls.
Peyton, Luca, and Chase have always been boy names to me.

I especially love those names of yours that evoke such wonderful literary thoughts. Holden is certainly dancing along our fence.
Our first son is Henry James. What do you think of the sibling combo Henry and Holden?

And yeah, I LOVE names that remind me of good books I've read. If I could, I would sooo name my kid Iorek(after the bear in the His Dark Materials trilogy). I prefer names that evoke thoughts of autumn, good books, or the victorian era. :}

LOVE Adelaide, Isolde, Hermione, Dahlia.

Seamus - Hate! I will never understand the appeal of this name. It looks like semen and sounds like "shame-us." Like, "shame on us for giving our son such an awful name!"
Holden - The literary connoations are too strong. Sounds like something an angsty 17 year old would name her baby.
Oliver - Ok.
Thatcher - Don't like.
Briar - Don't like.
Micah - Nice, but too biblical for me.
Tobias - Love!
Cedric - Like
Sirius/Cyrus - Hmm. I can't decide.
Leon - Ok.
Klaus - No..
Wolfgang - Ahhh, HATE!
Titus - Ok but I can't get past the fact that it has the word tit in it.
Girls:
Adelaide - Nice
Adelle - Love! Really pretty.
Lucia - Like it a lot.
Chase - Gah, so boyish!
Imogen - Meh.
Autumn - Nice.
Isolde - Meh.
Scout(mn) - Awful.
Hermione - I've never known how to pronounce this.
Raine(mn) - I like it for a mn. :)
Beatrice/Beatrix - Like.
Camden - Too boyish/surnamey.
Dahlia - Pretty.
Luca - NO! Again, a boys name!
Pearl - LOVE! My favorite of your girl names. It's so pretty and charming.
Peyton - Ok for a five year old boy, but for anyone else? No.
Eep, looks like we have very different tastes in names! I do really love Pearl, Adelle, Lucia, and Tobias though.

But the 'my' has a little o thrown in it. More like 'MOY'. But not so pronouced.

I feel the exact same way. (Actually I feel exactly the same as you do about almost every name! Haha!)

Seamus - meh, all I see is semen. I know how it's prn and everything but still...
Holden - bad. waaaay too much of a literary association
Oliver - cute, nice name, but trendy
Thatcher - meh
Briar - awful
Micah - don't like, personal connotation
Tobias - it's okay
Cedric - nice!
Sirius/Cyrus - don't like
Leon - don't like
Klaus - don't like... I can hear the teasing now...
Wolfgang - awful
Titus - don't like that it starts with the word TIT. I think kids would have a field day with it.
----------
Girls:
Adelaide - pretty
Adelle - LOVE
Lucia - LOVE
Chase - whaaaat... how did you go from Lucia to Chase?! it's awful! do you want your daughter to be mistaken for a boy for her entire life?!
Imogen - lovely
Autumn - don't like
Isolde - okay
Scout(mn) - awful
Hermione - awful
Raine(mn) - awful
Beatrice/Beatrix - love!
Camden - again, awful
Dahlia - okay
Luca - wtfff this is my favorite BOYS name... totally inappropriate for a girl, I don't care what Jennie Garth says
Pearl - lovely!
Peyton - boring and trendy

And I never understood why Luca was a boy's name.

Holden- Likey. Very much so.
Oliver- ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. Love, love, love.
Thatcher- Ick.
Briar- Patch (Not so nice).
Micah- Umm... not really.
Tobias- Cuuute. Wouldn't use it, but it's not a bad name.
Cedric- Um. Blah. Not really my thing.
Sirius/Cyrus- Nooooo.
Leon- Eh.
Klaus- AWW. This is a cute name, even if it's sort of old-manish.
Wolfgang- Cute if there wasn't an animal with a name similar to that.
Titus- If the kid is fat, they will be tormented their entire life.
----------
Girls:
Adelaide- Pretty, but not my thing.
Adelle- Nice. I like it like 'Adel' more though.
Lucia- Reminds me of Lucius, so I associate it with a boy.
Chase- Trendy for boys... so ha, nooo.
Imogen- Not really.
Autumn- Cute.
Isolde- Alright.
Scout(mn)- I considered this, but it'd be more of a nickname, I think, like in the book.
Hermione- Associated too much with the HP books. And she had buck teeth and bushy hair, so not the most attractive child, as you can imagine.
Raine(mn)- Horrible.
Beatrice/Beatrix- Like the first one better.
Camden- Hfasjl. Noo.
Dahlia- Ehh.
Luca- Too much like a boys name.
Pearl- Harbor. Not so muchhh.
Peyton- TRENDY X 33582058.

Adelaide and Lucia are nice, but NMS. For Imogen, it depends on whether you pronounce it Im-oh-jen or im-oh-geen. The latter I like more, and for that I would spell it Imogene.
