(Don't really like Ruth as the mn though. It just sounds weird with all of those names to me.)

If we have a girl her mm will be Ruth, we're just having a hard time finding a good first name that goes with it!

Elijah is my favorite of the boys names too, the only "downside" we have to it is that it is becoming more popular

Of your boy names, I like Elijah Joseph best although Michael Joseph flows well (I hate the name Michael too, so the fact I can like it at all is impressive)

elijah, lucas and tessa are all really high on my lists. im not fond of tessa ruth, i think it sounds nicer with something longer (katrina ruth and katherine ruth are nice). all in all, these are each really great names though.

I love all of the girl names with the exception of Cynthia, and that is due to knowing an icky Cynthia! I love Ruth as a middle name, and I think it's especially nice with Katherine (my name!).

Elijah Joseph is gorgeous - so solid and classic!

As mush as I ADORE Corinne, I think Lorelai sounds the best with Ruth. I don't think the others flow as well.

I HATE RUTH! I hate all "TH" names. Its my moms middle name and that still doesn't make me llike it anymore. If I HAD to chose Id say I like Corrine or Lorelai Ruth the best.

I also really dont like Joseph haha but I like Lucas or Elijah he best.

I hated Ruth but I'm warming up to it. Its both my mom's and my husband mom's middle name. His mom has passed and we really want to use her name in her memory, but we're not fond of her first name "Cindy".

Similar with Joseph...not my favorite awhile ago, but now i love it which is good because its my dad and my husband's dad's first name and we want to honor my dad with the name.

My maternal grandmother's first name was Elizabeth, my paternal grandmother's middle name was Elizabeth. I'm really surprised it's not my middle name. But had my brother been a girl, it would have been his.

My dad's cousin was named Lillian because it was the first name of BOTH of her grandmothers and her aunt. She goes by Lilly, though.

John Joseph is too similar imo. Somehow Joseph John would be marginally better, though still too much jo... i love both names separately though.

First and Foremost I LOVE LOVE LOVE ruth as a middle name! Im going to use it for my daughters middle name... Natalie Ruth :)

I love all your girls names with Ruth they all sound great. Im not a real big fan of Teresa however. My favorites are... Tessa Ruth and Katherine Ruth :)

As for the Boys Elijah Joseph is the only combination that I like. But I like all the rest as names just not with Joseph as a middle name. What about John Michael Joseph.. that sounds good :) I dont like the double mn but if you do you may consider it. Or just John Michael

I don't like Ruth, but I like Katrina, Lorelai and Corrine. Although Corrine isn't usually a legitimate spelling - Corinne is. (I'm also assuming it's pronounced Cor-in and not Cor-een.) It's funny because the name Corinne has reallyreallyreally bad connotations for me because of the only Corinne I've ever known, but I still really like it.
