Elise/Elyse/Elize

I've seen this name brought up a lot lately, personally, I don't like it. Just wondering if it's as popular in this group as it seems.

I don't like Elise as a 'filler' middle name. It seems like it's the new Marie. It's similiar in sound, and goes with everything.
As a first name, it's simply okay.
