My husband's cousin had her baby girl Thursday night. Wednesday Jade *sigh* poor kid. The baby is absolutely gorgeous, though.

In other news, what middle names go well with the first name Adelaide?

(With the risk of sounding cocky, I'll go ahead and say: At least OUR kids are going to have good names!)

Agreed. She might even get away with it as a child, I mean it's kind of cute, but her adult years are going to suck. Unless of course she changes it at 18.

I feel like being named after a day is quite shallow and unsubstantial really. It doesn't really mean anything, at least some "word-names" have a nice reference, e.g. Grace, Summer. Wednesday is pretty arbitrary and it doesn't even sound pretty.

i was *thisclose* to being named tuesday, which i adore. but wednesday? yuck.

thats kind of funny i guess.

and she doesnt even have a decent middle to fall back on. yea, poor thing. if youre going to give someone a different first name, i think its really smart to give them a more conservative (?) middle. leaving their options open.

adelaide is cute. i dont really have any middle name suggestions for it though, other than the typicals like elisabeth, etc. which i suggest for everyone. ;)

lol=) I actually loved the Addams family. But, I certainly wouldnt name my child Fester or Pugsly either *grin* =)
