I was thinking "REE-elle" but I suppose either is possible. It just popped into my head last night and I might kinda like it myself.

my little sister's name is arielle, so to me that just looks like someone left the A off.

I agree. Arielle minus the A is what I first thought too.

Rielle is alright....Brielle or Gabrielle are nice too. I personally really like Brielle.
