As a nn for Antonia, Antionette, Tonya, or even Tatiana its ok. NMS, but not horrible. :)

I have friend named Toni, and it really suits her... so I guess I like the name. But I would definantly make it a nn and have her first name be Antionette... I love that name!

I know an Antonia who goes by Toni and it really suits her. I think it's okay as a nickname, but I associate it with a boys' name.

I've also had a class with a girl who's name was just plain TONI though.
Overall, I think it's better as a nickname.
