When I used to work at the Miami Improv Comedy Club in FL, I was a receptionist and had lists and lists of names and phone numbers that I saw every day. And names would be added to the lists every day...

Now. I came across some funky names. Most were just names like "shoniqua" or "juan".

However. One day....

Urethra

Wow. Just...wow.

Well, she had to pee constantly while she was pregnant with this kid, it's only fitting to name her Urethra. =P

That one isn't so bad though. Colin Powell pronounces his name like that, and no one seems to notice.

Yeah but I think she's saying that if you had a sibset of Colin/Colon and Urethra, it would be pretty damn bad. HAHA

Oh yeah. Totally agree there. :D

But at least it's spelled -in. Colon is just... well.

I used to work at a food court and some lady came in with her daughter and I swear the little girls name was either that or so close that I almost asked.

That just reminded me of a Seinfeld episode where Jerry forgets this girls name and he can't ask her. He only knows that it rhymes with a part of the female anatomy. So he and George are sitting there coming up with names like Bovary and ARETHA. HAHAHA. Urethra.
