Wout looks like shorthand for 'without'

We only start learning other languages like Spanish, French and German when we're about 13. They only just started making language mandatory from ages 14-18 this year in our school. I didn't have to graduate with any foreign language credits, but the class of 2007 needs at least one, the class of 2008 needs at least 2, and the class of 2009 needs at least 3. =\

Haha, I hate my language sometimes too. :D
