The first thought I had was Amelia.


My largest baby name book says it's a version of Millie, which is short for Amelia, Camille, Emily, Kamila, Melissa, Mildred and Millicent.


Melissa is a good idea.

Actually, nevermind, now that I look it up. Her name is actually Destiny Hope and "miley" is a nicknamed for her nickname "smiley."
