Our number one girl's name is Serena.
If we hadn't decided on that one, our number one would be Corinna.

Unfortunately, the similarity means that using one removes the other from our list entirely. =(

Yesterday on SuperNanny there were two young brothers by the names of Trevor and Travis. I found those to be too similar.

Yeah, we're happy with it. We've been told it's too much, but honestly... we could care less. =P Plus, he and I never go by our full first names, so it's unlikely they will either. (We have no idea about a NN for Serena but we'll likely call Helena 'Lena'.)

Dude, even my brother! who could care less about names noticed that their names were too similar.

I figured they liked both names. Went with Trevor and thought we'll name the next one Travis.

we were just appalled, those names were way to similar, and those boys were SO BAD.

it was totally the mom's fault, though.
