I realllly like Micah. Not at all a fan of Jarom.

And I read ahead to the pronciation, but I think outside of Utah, a lot of people would call him Jerome. That was my first thought when I saw it.

ahh I used to know two brothers named Levi and Micah, they were LDS... guess that explains it.

I love Micah too, but I'm bias! Micah Aaron is my husband's name. =)

Titus Aaron and Elijah Malachi are two of my favorite boy names.

Yea, Elijah is around top 50 names for 2005. That's the only thing that makes me hesitant to use it.

I voted for Vincent Jarom because it flows well, but I prefer the spelling of Jarome.

thats a different name. there is only one true spelling of jarom. its not short for jarome or jeremy or whatever. Its Jarom from the Book of Mormon, the scriptures.

jer-um. its a common name in my church, and in utah and idaho and arizona and what not. im not worried about it. its not like im making up a name.

Ethan is quite trendy. It's like in the top 25. I love love love the name though.

Heh my son's name is Aedan. Quite trendy, but named after my great grandfather.

thats why i only want to use it as a middle name. then he can have the option to use it, but if not, he's got a great first name.

If you wanted everyone to tell you how fabulous your names are, you should have just asked for that. I don't think it's fair to specifically ask to hear honest opinions, even if someone thinks they're awful, and then be all mad about it.

I had to go with Ethan Jarom, since both names were on your list. I really like the name Ethan, and it sounds good with Jarom, in addition to having a scriptural significance for you.

Note: I like Ethan Micah, but I'm not fond of Micah Ethan. Something about the way it flows.

Gah. Reading above, I see you only want to use Ethan as a middle name. I suck at life, and must now go with Jerom Ethan.

Spent all weekend in the hospital. That sucked. But otherwise..... Yeah, actually, pretty sucky today. How are you?

oh man. what for?

The short version: I hadn't kept down any food since Wednesday. I still haven't, but they sent me home anyway, because I was at least keeping down liquids. I was supposed to go back to the hospital if I started throwing up again. I started again, but I have a doctor's appointment in like nine hours, so I'm going to try to just wait it out.

It's weird. With the hyperemessis, there was no rhyme or reason to the vomitting. In the last week it's been literally 15-30 minutes after I eat, and only then (with two exceptions). So... I dunno.

I don't like Jarom William, they both end with an "um" sound and have two syllables with the first one stressed, so it sounds like a person limping. But I'm also biased because I don't like the name William.

I picked Micah Robert. Micah was my favourite name on your list, but I find it hard to follow Micah with a name that starts with a vowel, it's just harder to say...Levi is pretty good too. Otherwise, I don't particularly like Jarom, and I dislike Vincent.

I didn't vote because I didn't like any of your names, sorry :/ They aren't awful, but... I don't know. None of them did anything for me.

I personally hate the name Vincent, an old association to a yucky boy in grade school. Yes I said Yucky! hehe

jarom is in the scriptures. he has a great story and i just like it.
robert is my grandfather, i would only use it as a middle for sentimental reasons.

jarom is a scriptural name, and it has a good story and ive always been a bit attached to it . im just not sure if i want to use it as a first name because non-LDS people confuse it with jarome.
