Im from Canada. My top choices from this list are Nathan and Hannah, while my least favorites are Joshua and Madison (although I'm not too fond of most of the girls names). I really like Nathan even though it is quite popular.

Yikes...I don't like any of these. This is tough. XD
Like most: Hannah (followed by Madison, Ava.)
Like most for boy: Christopher (then Ethan, Matthew.)

Hate most: Emily, Emma, and I don't care for Ashley or Isabella either (I'm just so sick of Isabella.)
I don't hate any of the boy ones; they're all so-so. The last one I'd pick is Michael, I just know FAAAARR too many.

*shrugs*

The name we are giving our son when he is born in January is Jacob. We'll call him Jake, but he'll still be considered the 'most popular' male name in the US.

LOVE Ava. #1 on my list. I dont care about the popularity of this name, it's GORGEOUS.
for boys I like Matthew

I dont like Hannah or Emily.
Jacob grates on me

The only girl name on there that I like at all is Ava. My boyfriend mentioned Olivia but it hasn't grown on me yet.

I really like the top boys names from the UK! Jack, Thomas, James, Daniel are all so good!

I do love a lot of those names. Abigail, Ellie, Lucy, Grace and Sophie for girls are my favourites; Ethan, Daniel, Nathan, Jack, Harry and Jospeh are my favourites for boys. I have to say I like the UK names much better, haha. I'd use Abigail, Ellie (though as a nickname, not on its own) and Grace for first names despite the popularity factor, though they wouldn't be first choices (because of the popularity factor). I'd use all of the boys names as middle names.

sophie is tied with two other girls names for my favorite female name, and oliver is tied with one other names for favorite male name. and i always seem to like british-ish names, so i guess it makes sense that theyre both top 10 uk names. i never knew that. still love them though.

I love Hannah and Samantha, and would use them despite their popularity. Unfortunately, neither of those names work for me for other reasons. =(
Madison is awful, and the rest are okay for others.

I'd use Andrew and Daniel despite the popularity, if I couldn't use my other favorites for some reason.
The rest are fine, nothing special, nothing awful.

Of the US names, my favorite is definitely Emma. Least favorites are Madison (ick), Ava, and Ashley (totally 80s. I'm always surprised it's still so popular). For boys I like Ethan and hate Andrew. The others are just boring.

From UK...
If they wern't so popular I would possibly use Joshua, Harry and William. And maybe Oliver.
I'd use Kate if Katie and Kathryn's wern't so popular.
And I might use Chloe, Ellie and Grace if they wern't so popular.
And I will use Sophie as a middle name, for sentimental reasons.
But the top ten doesn't really have any names I love in.
The top thirty does though, it has Max, Dylan, Benjamin, Luke, Jake, Callum, Alexander. Amelia, Lily, Eve/Eva/Evie.

Oh and my least favourites are Jessica, Charlotte, Daniel, Samuel, Joseph.
