If it's pronounced like Ellie and Anna combined, I don't think I like it at all; if it's pronounced like eh-lee-ah-nuh, I'd say it's a silly spelling for a beautiful name. I like Eliana better: it looks prettier and it fits the pronunciation much more.
I also like Ileana (my grandma's name), but that's pronounced EE-lee-ah-nuh.
It's pronounced Ellie and Ah-na combined. And see, the reason why I like it so much is because every time I saw Eliana -- I pronounce it Ill-e-ah-nuh. And I didn't like the "ill" sound at the beginning. The "el" sound, like Elliot Stabler (heh), I like. So when I saw Ellianna, I love it. Especially since I'm not a fan of "ana" spelled with only 1 n. I like "anna." AKA my favorite name being Julianna. I know a girl named Juliana. But she pronounces it ah-na. I dunno. I'm weird about my anna's/ahnuh's.
