Baby Idol names

A local radio station is doing a Baby Idol contest and have it narrowed to the top 10. The names are, overall, horrific. I think they're all under 2.

Brynlyn (g)
Dustin (b)
Eastyn (b)
Halynn (g)
Jamarleigh (g)
Norrin (b)
Oakleigh (g)
Theo (b)
Wyatt (b)

I feel like I should be glad they didn't give us middle names. :p

Brynlyn is awful.

And Eastyn?! It would be fine if it had the normal spelling, but this is a prime example, in my opinion, of why unnecessary Y's ruin baby names...

I love Theo (and Teo & Theodore).

Norrin as in the Silver Surfer? Parents (Dad) must be Marvel fans.

At this point 3 boys called Oakley and 1 girl. Don't like it much but I prefer it for girls reminds me of Anne Oakley.

I actually know the Theo listed! Theodore Francis is his name.

Oh cool. I'd seen Norrin around a couple times, but didn't know that was the Silver Surfer's name. ^_^

I actually like Avari, but for a boy, because it makes me think of actor Erick Avari. <3

Apart from that, Theo is pretty much the only other name I'd ever reasonably consider.
