My family and I went out to eat last week and there was a lady working there named Bica. I asked her how you pronounced it and she said Bee-kuh. And a kid in my son's kindergarten class was named Fender. I thought it sounded pretty cool, but maybe only for a fictional character.

I dont mind Bica but I do associate it with beaker, which to me is the scientific instrument and the muppet.

I remember a Bika or Bica (can't remember the spelling) in Romania - legit name there. Extremely tall girl :)
