Since I've never made a post to introduce myself, here we go. I'm Alli, 21 years young and I'm engaged to be married to a wonderful man in 07'. We talk about what we will name our kids all the time, we just don't plan on having any soon. So far we haven't agreed on that many but here is my list of favorites. I'm constantly adding to it but I'm super picky.

Eleanor - LOVE and I love the nickname Ellie.
Story - What? How is Story a name?
Clara - Love, really pretty.
Naidene - Like Nadine? Nadine is ok.
Audette Story, Audette Memory, Audette Marlene - I don't like Audette at all. I also don't like Story or Memory.
Ember Lucille, Ember Naidene - Really don't like Ember..
Lucille - Nice.
Brier Lois - Hate. Brier makes me want to say briar, but even pronounced breer, it's awkward and not pretty.
Clementine - Ok.
Meadow - Ok. I'd never actually use it, but I kind of like it.
Marlene Vivian - Ok.
Memory Coriene - Hate Memory. Coriene is nice, though.
Daisy Blythe - Daisy is one of my guilty pleasure names, but I can't imagine actually using it on a child.
Scarlett - Nice.

Caden - Bleh. -aiden trend. So boring and overdone!

Yes, Nadine but I prefer it spelled the other way, the Nad just bothers me.
Actually I was pronouncing Brier like Briar. Breer is quite strange and sounds like beer.
I've never heard it as a girls name, it sounds more male-ish to me though.

Audrey is pretty however I couldn't see naming my kid that.
Caden Is pretty trendy. I like how it rolls off the tounge though.
I've never heard of a girl Fallon. I came across it in some old b&w movie on TCM and wrote it down in my name book. Haven't really heard it since.

Me and my fiance hadn't seen that yet. We were just talking one night awhile back of things to go with Layla and Story popped into my head. Since then we have been loving that name. It is a beautiful name though. I really hope we get to use it one day :)

Why Chapman as a middle name? Is that a family name? Just very curious.

It looks like you like noun names - Story, Ember, Brier, Chementine, Meadow, Daisy, Memory.. Cole (Coal).. Why? How about Paige? My cousin's child is named that.

I like Spencer and Finley for boys and for girls I like Layla, Eleanor, and Marlene (Marley).

Yes, it goes way back on my dads side and his name is Farley Chapman and my brother is John Chapman.

Haha I hadn't even noticed that, I must. I used to like the name Paige. Growing up every other doll I had was named Paige of Hannah. Then the name started popping up everywhere, I swear for a year every other baby in the paper had either Paige as a first or middle name.

Marley is such a cute nickname! :)
