babynamesI have no kids, and none on the horizon, but I am a self proclaimed "name dork" and like to think about future potentials. Right now my favorite girls names are Colleen Bess and Ruthann Marie. My favorite boy's name is Dustin Royd with a nn of Dusty.
I also find myself loving the names Bo (for a boy) and Dixie (for a girl). My biggest concern being...I don't know how I feel about either of them as given names, as opposed to nicknames. What do you all think? And if you think they'd be better as nicknames...what are some given names that they could be nn for, given my current preferences?
I know Beauregard would be one for Bo, but...I'm not fond of that name.
