Just read an article about a couple in Missouri with twelve boys. The mom is currently expecting #13, but they "are not expecting to hear, 'It's a girl!' in the delivery room."

The boys' names, oldest to youngest as of April 2013:

Tyler, 21
Zach, 17
Drew, 16
Brandon, 14
Tommy, 11
Vinny, 10
Calvin, 8
Gabe, 6
Wesley, 5
Charlie, 3
Luke, 19 mos.
Tucker, 2 days

I especially like that they picked pretty normal names, and didn't have all kids with similar-sounding or alliterative names. *coughcough*Duggar*cough*

I like most of those names. They did good! Twelve boys though... what a handful!

I like Calvin, Gabe (although I'd prefer Gabriel) and Wesley, but I think the rest are too trendy/nickname-y for me.

I tried to come up with 13 boys names combos, but I got stumped after 7 or 8. Boys names are hard! Girls names are way easier.

I love Drew, Calvin, Wesley and Charlie.

Have to wait and see. I went to school/HS with several kids from a family of 9 boys. The 10th and last was a girl.

I knew a family that had the exact opposite happening. They had 9 girls and then finally had a boy, who ended up being named Kevin Jr. Lol.

Interesting. I dont mind Kevin but Kevin jr gives me the giggles.

In the family's case the girl was named after her mother Maria, so she was Maria-Ana.
None of the boys were given their fathers name which was Djuro

LOL WOW. So we had our first girl and we want one of each but we're capping it at 4. I've always wanted 4 but husband wants 3 so we will only go to four if we get 3 girls...and I'm sure we'll end up with four girls.

BUT 13!? Stahp.

Reminds me of the line from Good Will Hunting: Marky, Ricky, Danny, Terry, Mikey, Davey, Timmy, Tommy, Joey, Robby, Johnny, and Brian.

the 19 months/2 days/pregnant thing makes my brain hurt.

HA! This was my thought as well. "Pregnant again with a 2 day old?! Holy crap, fertile Myrtle!"

I like Calvin & Charlie, and I appreciate they aren't all matchy.
