I don't really like Elizabella, but it's not awful! She will have a lot of options as to nicknames. I like Dylan as the mn.

I can see what they were going for. It's has a pretty sound to it, but it's also going to confuse people who are like, "Elizabeth or Isabella?" I don't like it with Dylan, at all.

Whoa baby! The first name is a mouthful. Eliza Belle would have sounded nicer. I dislike Dylan for a girl. It's a boys' name and it should stay that way. Not a fan of Milo. It sounds like a pet's name.
