We went the Danish pronunciation, hen-ing. I've heard the German pronunciation is he-ning, but I've never heard a German pronounce it that way. Adria is supposed to be ahhhhh-dria instead of a-dria, but for both kids I went with the pronunciations that made more sense in English.
Oh, okay, I have been saying it hen-ing. Behind the Name just lists he-ning, which I don't like quite as much. I'm glad to know there's actually more than one pronunciation. I really like it like hen-ing.
