(It's my sister's middle name, so I'm not just hopping on the trendwagon by thinking of it for a girl.)

Edit: And I'm definitely not considering it for use on an actual child, haha. Just curious.

Very unattractive IMO. Last name only to me. Or a pet's name (had a friend who named her dog Kramer).
