Irish girl names

I'm looking for an Irish girl name suitable for a middle name, husband vetoed Eileen because of the 80's song. First name will most likely be a variation of Caelynn/Kahlan.

He won't go for Saoirse or probably anything to Gaelic sounding..

Thanks for the help!

Niamh has always been my favorite. It means Bright/Radiant and is the name of a goddess in Irish mythology.
Can also spell it Niam.

O_O

I love Niamh, but Neve, Neave, Neeve or Nieve are the usual Anglicisations - Niam would change the pronunciation completely! Never come across that before :)

Some of my favorite Irish girl names that might pair well with Caelynn/Kahlan are:

Maureen
Maeve
Fiona
Claire

First name that came to mind was Siobhan. Kind of mainstream but definitely Irish in flavour.

I also thought of Siobhan but wondered if it's too Gaelic for your husband. I grew up with a girl with this name and though she had to pronounce it every time she met someone new I know as an adult she loves having a different name.

Love Irish girl names. I really like Fiona, Roisin (Ro-sheen, means little rose), Caoimhe (kee-va, means beautiful), Aislin (Ash-ling, dream/vision), Shannon, Brigid, Shayla.

Our list (which also has internal Irish "issues" unfortunately) includes:

Niamh (Neave)
Maebh (Maeve)
Roisin

Himself also loves Caitlin. :)

Aoife
Brigid

Ciara (though everyone would likely read it as "see-air-uh" rather than kee-ra)

Claire
Aideen
Alana
Briana
