I'm quite sweet on Gabriella Rose for a girl (other potential contenders are Molly Gwendoline and Maggie Gwendoline.) What do you think? Do you find it too cutesy? I like that Gabriella has a lot of potential nicknames (Gabby, Ella, Bri, Briella etc.) and Rose is also my Nan's middle name (Rose is a family name traditionally given as a middle name to the first daughter born in the family. So my Nan is Gwendoline Rose and her mother was Dorothy Rose.)

Cutesy is definitely the first thing that came to mind. I like Maggie Gwendoline, it's quite pretty.

I love Gabriella Rose. Both Molly and Maggie seem more like nicknames to me. I love Gwendoline, though.

I think it's pretty. We have friends with a Gabriella Grace, and they call her Gabriella all the time, no nicknames. She's 5 now and they've avoided nicknames well. I don't think Molly or Maggie have less of a cute factor.

They are all sweet names, any of them would be a great choice. Molly Gwendoline is gorgeous & timeless but I think Gabriella Rose is equally nice and fits with the family tradition which is nice.

The Molly I know is such a tomboy I dont see it as being too cutesy, her sisters are Olivia and Ivy, they have a lovely old English surname.

I like Gabriella a lot, it was the name of a favorite heroine in a YA book I rather liked, and I quite like the nickname Gabby. However, as much as I like Gabby, I have to say Molly Gwendoline is a seriously wonderful name! That's an excellent combination! :D

I adore Molly Gwendoline. I dislike Maggie as a given first name but like it as a nickname for Margaret. I like Gabriella Rose too, but it's just not as beautiful as Molly imo.
