Feb. 20th, 2014 11:55 pmI kno a lot of you guys dislike Caitlin or any variation of the name. But if we dont use Amelia, Caitlin (i'm starting to come to this spelling) is a very big front runner. I personally love the name and my husband even likes it and so does our gf which really makes it nice since I want a name we all 3 of us love :) also her son's name is Christian, soo I kind of want to keep it like a sib-set. Here are sum ideas that I've come up with so far --
Caitlin Dallas Rain..My husband actually said it was really cute..soo that made me happy!! He's soo picky lol.
Caitlin Willow Rain..Caitlin Willow Alana..Caitlin Willow Leah..Caitlin Willow Lana..the CWL would be bc Christian's initials are CWL but the last names would be different (for now)..and the gf loves Willow :) which actually works out bc I wanted to honor my daddy somehow when I had a kid and Willow is perfect since his middle name was Wilton..and at one point Caitlin Elisabeth Anne was a front runner..which my husband also likes, thankfully.
Jsyk we've tossed Caroline around too.
Caroline Willow Leah perhaps?? with Carlee being a nn option :)
if we didnt use the traditional form of Caitlin, we'd spell it Katelyn (if that matters).
If not Caitlin or Caroline wat other sib-set names do ya'll think would go best with Christian?? It doesnt necessarily have to be a C name, either. I'm open to suggestions :)

Date: 2014-02-21 05:29 am (UTC)I like Caitlin spelled this way. I think Caitlin Dallas Rain is too much. I don't like that it sounds like Dallas is raining.

Date: 2014-02-21 11:29 pm (UTC)I love Caitlin. Of all your combos, I like Caitlin Willow Lana the best, followed by Caitlin Willow Rain.
That said, I'm not fond of matchy names for sibs. Rhyming names or names that all start with the same initials. So, Kaitlin would be better to me so it doesn't completely match Christopher's name. Kathryn or Megan would be good, too.

Date: 2014-02-26 04:22 am (UTC)Caroline is alright but I like Caitlin a lot better.
Is there a reason for two middle names? I think the ones you've listed are too much. I like Caitlin Alana, Caitlin Leah, and Caitlin Lana, though.

Date: 2014-03-10 12:28 am (UTC)I rarely understand the trend of giving a child two middle names but I really like Caitlin Willow. Cailtin Leah and Caitlin Alana are also pretty.
I like Caroline too - I prefer Caitlin, but Caroline Willow is also very pretty, as are Caroline Leah and Caroline Lana.
