Though I do know there's already a ton of Mason's...but I thought that was norm. One of those names like Hunter and Fisher. I could be wrong. However, any other beginning I try to put in front of ason/ayson just sounds dumb to me, so maybe I'll get lucky and it'll just be the usual Mason, Jason, Grayson and now Kason mix. Like I don't expect to see any sudden surge in Hayson, Brayson, Trayson, or Gayson's.
We chose the name cuz we heard it on Dog the Bounty Hunter and thought it was unique. yea, I know lol
But, his name is probably my favorite outta all 5 boy names we got *shrug* But the rest were kind of settle names...where we gridlocked with our vetoes and it was coming to the end of my 9 months and a decision HAD to be made. So Kayson feels like the only honest name in the bunch.
On the other names listed....Sully is interesting. Not sure I'd pick it myself for a kid but...meh. Sounds nicknamey. Or like a cat name. And I've always liked the name Levi but I swear every guy in the world (or at least the ones I know) hate that name like no other. No clue why. Paxton's meh for me. Don't hate it, don't love it. And the rest of them are decent names, even if some are over used now.

Date: 2014-01-16 04:01 pm (UTC)I doubt we will see Gayson take off, given that it can be broken down to gay+son and even if you are open minded, that's still a heavy name to give to a child. I could see Crayson happening... I'm sure someone will think their baby is totes cray cray adorbs and name their child after the T-mobile commercial.
