We more or less decided on Klaus as a first name.  Full name was going to be Klaus Oliver.  But my great aunt died a few days ago, her name was Juanita Louise.  So I thought it'd be nice to use Louis as a middle name.  Problem is, the repeating S sound is irritating me.  Does it bother you too?

I think you should stick to your original plan or add Louis in as a second middle name....Klaus Oliver Louis would still be a great way to pay tribute.

The double -s does bother me. I agree with the previous poster, Klaus Oliver Louis sounds better. Love Louis though, it is my son's name. :-)

The two S sounds are a little weird together, I'd maybe pronounce it Louie? :)

This was my thought.

If it's for reasons like that I don't think it matters. Plus how often do you use the full name spoken out loud anyway?

My cousin is named Daisy Millie. To me it's a horrible flow (with the double ee sound) but the Millie part comes from her great-grandmother who died a few months before she was born so I don't think it matters that much.

I agree with having two middle names. Oliver is a good hard sound between the S-es
