My sister's work are a sort of kids soft play adventure place and they host parties. The tend to announce on FB the kids names and wish them a Happy Birthday. Today's selection was:

Madeleine, Zara, Shaunpaul and Bethany.

Quite a mix but what jumped out was Shaunpaul. All the one word. Names like Shaun Paul and John Paul are pretty popular where I'm from, but urgh do not want it all run together like that :/

I really like Madeleine and Bethany is okay, but its really popular around here too.

yep! I don't like the names in gen but ia, it would work better if it wasn't one word! :/

I really like Zara! I like two word names, like Jean Baptiste, but all the appeal is lost when they are smushed together like that. And Shaunpaul just kind of reminds me of Ron Paul...

I prefer Sean-Paul. Or even better, Jean-Paul. Shaunpaul just...looks weird. I do like Madeleine and Zara, though.
