Giavanna looks like a variation of Giovanna and/or a smoosh of Gia+Giovanna. Alycesaundra looks like a smoosh of Alyce+Alexandra to me. It reminds me of a Ukrainian girl at my work named Olegsandra.

I agree with you on the pronunciation of Alycesaundra. It is definitely not Alessandra. Giavanna would look better as Giovanna. That's the correct spelling. Yeesh. Toddlers and Tiaras is the prime place to find horrible, trendy, misspelled names.
