Name from german tv

I'm watching a german tv show about obese people who want to lose weight.
The mother's name is Sigrid and the father's Ralph. Their daughter's name:

Teila-Jane.

That doesn't sound particularly German to me. Teila seems to be a Hawaiian name, after a quick Google search. I like Teila. Jane is ok. I dislike hyphenated names. Just give the kid a first name and a middle name. If you have to, give the kid two middle names.
