Neighborhood Kids

Now that the weather is warmer the kids on the street are coming out to play so I'm starting to overhear their names.

One little boy's name really sticks out and I'm not sure how to spell it but it sounds like "Oh-hal-eeya"

Does anyone know how to spell it/where it's from?
(I think my window of asking the parents is closed because the first time the Dad told me the little boy's name, it didn't really register that he was saying one name and not both of their names. Even then, I guess I didn't really register either of their names if it was two. Yeah, yeah... I'm a bad neighbor. lol)

I read the name as "Oh, hell yeah!" But, I have to assume that's incorrect.

"Ojala" is a Spanish word, sort of an idiomatic way to say "God Willing". Maybe they just say it oddly?

Otherwise, I'm lost. Ohalia? Oh-hell-yeah made me giggle.

On an epsode of Sanford and Son, Paula Kelly played a character named Olayia, and she was Nigerian, but I can't find a meaning for the name.
