How do you pronounce this name?

A Facebook friend named his daughter Odile. According to google it is pronounced O-deal but I am inclined to say O-dial. Another source says some people pronounce it (incorrectly) O-de-lay. What do you think?

I know someone with this name ... it's a French name, and it's kind of a cross between O-deal and O-dill. It's like O-deal, but the second syllable is shorter, less drawn out, if that makes sense.
