Weird name
Apr. 11th, 2013 07:16 pmI was at work and served a woman. She was in her late 30's/early 40's and was a manager at a local bank.
Name: Tamarin
A tamarin is a breed of monkey. Sounds pretty, but the idea of being named after a monkey seems rather daft if you ask me. I guess she is living proof that you can still get a good career with an unusual name though!

It just got me thinking about how common it is for people to have Biblical names that are meaningless to the people around them. I am certain you are not the only one who makes this link between the name and the monkey type. :)
