I have issues with boys names and I have very few I like. However, your list is wonderful. Of your combos, the only one NMS is Philip but I do like it with Cole.

Austin - considered adding it, I really like it and feel that the austin powers thing has faded enough
Andrew - really love but just had a cousin name her baby that

Cole - reminds me too much of Charmed

Unfortunately I think too many girls are named Morgan now to name a boy Morgan. I think he'd get teased. I love Nicholas, Luke (prefer Lucas though), Patrick, and Jack.
