I agree. She's a relative though and I know the background behind the name. My mum's cousin and his wife got married in Hawaii so when they had Ella they wanted to give her a Hawaiian middle name to honour their marriage. I do kind of think they picked the first Hawaiian name they came across though, because it doesn't flow at all well. Ella Alana would have been a little better.
