What are some names that I might like as much as Elliot?
I have thought of Emmett and Edward, but I still love Elliot!

Also, what is a good nickname for Emmett? Not a fan if Emmy/Em or Mett/Mitt.

I never would have thought of 'Elliot Patelliot'. Honestly, people will mess with a kid's name no matter what. If they can't use the last name, they'll just use the first name. I got Alison Palison, Ali Pali, Alison Wonderland, 'Ali'gator... it's definitely not the end of the world, haha.

I got Sarah Kate Meatball from my own dad, because our last name (well, my maiden name) began with M and ended with L. Like meatball.

I don't think many people would go with Elliott patelliott for teasing purposes. It doesn't reference anything and isn't even mean. I've known Elliott's who were nicknamed smelliott, but I really don't even think that's particularly bad, and still really like the name.
