I don't really get this trend of stuffing in extra letters in commonly used names to try to make a unique sounding one...it just ends up sounding like you stuck extra letters in a regular name to make it sound unique, instead of sounding like a cool name. Besides, Brendlen seems feminine to me. James is a good middle name, though.

brendlen is the last name of a friend of mine. I didn't make it up. I've just always liked her last name

I wanted to use my friends last name-- Brantley... but as it turns out i am marrying someone with the last name Brayton and that just wouldnt be a good idea
