Best middle name for Winifred

I don't care if you think Winifred is the worst name in the whole world to you, it's my favorite, I'm just having trouble with a middle name. Which do you like best?

I would suggest something with just one or two syllables in it because Winifred is a longer name. I don't mind the name. It's not my style but it certainly is a nice name.

i voted winifred rose. anything with more than one syllable sounds too overpowering with winifred. beautiful name!

i voted for claire, louise and rose. I think it needs a short middle name and one that isnt too complicated.

My grandmother was Winifred Gladys. She detested it for 84 long years, but if you like it, I think it goes quite well with older-style names (Lillian, Cynthia, Gladys) more than newer ones like Donna. It also needs a two-syllable or longer middle, IMO, so Rose and Claire don't work as well.

Nope. It's the Anglicised form of Gwenfrewi, which means "white/fair/blessed" (Gwen) and "peace" (Frewi). I don't think there are too many male Winifreds hanging about.

I think it's lovely, although NMS. I do think it needs a two syllable middle name to flow right. Like someone above suggested, I like Winifred Elise. Will she have a nn?

How about no middle name? Winifred is a mouthful in and of itself. Though I suppose it depends on the last name. An initial that doesn't stand for anything might be nice. :)

My Grandma is Winifred Helen, for another suggestion. She went by Wynn for a long time, which I think is cute. Now she is Winnie. It fits her.

I chose Winifred Louise, because I LOVE Louise as a MN, and Winifred Rose because I like it too (and rose is my name, lol!).

my daughter's name is Kira. she can't say Rs very well, and she gave herself the very cute nickname of "Kiwi." now she says "Kee-wah" but she'll get there eventually. we still call her Kiwi.
