My wife and I are going to have children one day and I have an ongoing list. Most of these are my suggestions. I could use help eliminating the not so good ones.
Girls...
Nora

Spencer
Fern
Poppy
Evolet
Josephine
Penelope
Luna
Sage
Blair
Quinn
Beatrice
Piper
Wren
Clover/Clove

Boys...

I obviously need suggestion for boys. I prefer names that are different/unique/uncommon, whatever term you prefer. The last name will be Matthews

Thanks!

Wow, I really like the name Wren.
I have a friend that named her most recent daughter Clover. I also have another friend with a 3 yr old named Penelope (Poppy is her nickname along with Penny) and one named Fern.

The only one that stands out to me is Blair. I'm definitely not a fan of it for girls, as the only Blairs I've known were guys. And not nice guys, either.

I absolutely love your girl list (except Evolet - that one sounds odd to me). I also love Theo, Rhys, and Gideon. I'm not sure what boy names to add to your list, but if I had two boys right now they'd be Caius Oakley Wilder and Atticus (nickname Gus) Finnley Reason.

I'm not a huge fan of Evolet and, for me, I see Spencer as a boy's name. Otherwise, I LOVE your girls list, patricularly Josephine, Penelope, Quinn, Piper & Wren.

I also love your boys names (Gideon is my fave!) and I'd suggest these:
Tiernan
Rowan
Gavin
Benjamin
Brennan
Dorian
Levi
Gabriel
Jude

I like your style quite a bit! Penelope and Elliott are the current names at the top of my list.

From you list though, I don't like Evolet, Spencer, or Poppy. Spencer is a guy's name to me, I've never heard of Evolet before and I'm not a fan, and Poppy has always sounded too cutesy. Like it would be a cute nickname for a little girl but I can't imagine it on a grown woman.

At a stretch, Poppy might make a cute nickname for Penelope - it's a little off-beat but still sounds relevant, and she can grow out of it if she wants to. Penelope is up there on my list, too.

I always feel happy and sad when I see Wren on someone's list. It's my daughter's name, so I like it when other people like it, but I don't want it getting all popular!

How is Evolet pronounced?

She's Wren Melissa.

I wondered if Evolet was like that or Ev-o-lay. Either way, I've not heard it before. It's not my favourite on your list, but it's interesting.

Levi
Dylan
Remy
Graham
Edward/Edwin
Xander/Zander
Xavier
Alan/Allen
Chad
Joshua/Josh

I love most of your names, but I'd advise against Spencer (this is fantastic, but much more appropriate for a boy), Sage (a bit hippie, though it might be a nice middle name), Clove (Hunger Games associations---she's horrible), and Evolet (never heard of this one---it looks like a combination of Evangeline and Violet).

Suggestions for boys:

Lionel
Everett
Sullivan
Ewan
Vincent
Martin
Brennan
Oscar
