hey folks!

so we found out we are having another boy! I am so excited but boys nmaes are much harder for me and the hubs to come up with. My first son's name is Morgan Malachy Alastair and we are more than likely going ot name the next boy Seamus but I am having trouble with middle names. My husband really likes Seamus Patrick which I do as well but we will be doing two middle names so I have to find another that seems to fall into place lol. I don't mind Seamus something patrick or taking out patrick entirely but I am not a fan of overly trendy names and I hate names that have messed up spellings. actually I hate trendy names lol. My husband is irish and our last name is Carroll. I am half scottish half german so we are more thank likely sticking to those types of names but I have a soft spot for sascha and some eastern european names. anyways thanks guys!!

seamus liam patrick
seamus michael patrick
seamus patrick james
seamus nathan patrick
seamus gabriel patrick
seamus daniel patrick
seamus patrick henry

i love the name seamus and patrick sounds awesome with it. i'm also a huge fan of your son's name - morgan is a really cute name and i love the idea of two middle names. i don't know why, but it's something i've always thought about doing with my kids someday, too.

Seamus Declan Patrick or Seamus Liam Patrick are what came to my mind.

oohhh...i'm not usually a fan of declan, but i think that sounds really cool.

I agree with the posters above... I like Seamus Liam Patrick or Seamus Patrick Liam.

What about Alexander Seamus Patrick or Seamus Alexander Patrick, and then you could call him Sascha?

What about Alexis, Alexius or Alexei instead?

How about Seamus Patrick Alexander? Then you're using it, but not as a fn.

The first name that came to mind for me was Seamus Patrick Ryan.

according to behindthename, Alastair goes back to the name Alexander... so you could already give your first son the pet name Sascha if you wished. :)

Then again I'm the kind of person who thinks you can nickname a Robin 'Bonnie,' so yeah lmao... IT'S VERY ROUNDABOUT BUT HEY. :-P

I just needed to say that I love the wonderfully Irish names, and the consistency. Using all names that sound wonderfully Irish. Not like people who name one kid "Steven" and the other "Precious" or something off-the-wall like that. Go you! :)

I'm sorry but I really hate "Seamus" ... I automatically think of "Semen" when ever I see it.

I love your first sons name though!

I think something that has two syllables with the emphasis on the first, like Marcus or Matthew. Actually, I like Matthew with that. :)

Oh, and nothing that starts with I, or his initials would be SPIC. x.x
