It started so nice with Rosalind and spiraled downwards FAST. Florence is decent too, I suppose.

Ok I tried to scope out the crazy ones via Google:
Arusha: a place in Tanzania. One of the infamous "conception location" names? That's a major ick of mine.
Arkadina: the surname of a major character in the Chekhov play the Seagull. The character is an actress past her prime who is selfish but likeable.
Altalune: Apparently they made this one up themselves.

Rosalind is actually on my list for a girl. But if I use it, I'll use the nicknames Rosy or Lindy.

I didn't see anything that combined Alta and Lune, either, but separately they mean "high" and "moon." Maybe that has some significance? Or she just liked the way they sounded, which is what I'm guessing with Arusha, as well (I'd rather be in denial about the conception location idea).
